Recipe: Veggie Avocado Toast
Serves: 4 | Preparation Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 8 minutes
1. Heat up a frying pan on medium-high heat.
2. Add olive oil and once it's warm. Add the onions and stir until translucent, about 3 minutes.
3. Add garlic and stir until it loses the pungent smell, about 2 minutes.
4. Add corn, bell peppers, and Cool Runnings All Natural All Purpose Seasoning and stir until all veggies are cooked, about 5 minutes. Adjust the seasoning.
5. Place half of the vegetables over each slice of bread, top it with the sliced avocado and enjoy!
