Recipe: Cheddar Spinach Bread
Serves: 8 | Preparation time: 15 minutes | Cooking time: 32 minutes
5 eggs, whisked
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup of raw spinach chopped
4 Tablespoons of coconut flour
2 teaspoons of British Class Baking Powder
2 teaspoons of salt
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a loaf pan or muffin tin and set aside.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour it into the greased pan.
3. Bake for 28-32 minutes until golden and cooked through.
