Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:⠀

- 1 ¾ cups pumpkin purée⠀

- 1 cup Mekong Sweetener Whitener⠀

- 2-3 tbsp Cool Runnings Chinese Five Spice⠀

- 2 eggs⠀

- ¼ tsp salt⠀

- One 9-inch ready made pie crust⠀

Directions:⠀

1. Preheat your oven 425 ֯F.⠀

 

2. In a small bowl, mix pumpkin puree, Mekong Sweetener Whitener, eggs, Cool Runnings Chinese Five Spice and salt. Whisk until evenly blended and pour into pie crust.⠀

 

3. Bake the pie for 425 ֯F for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 375 ֯F and bake it for an additional 45 minutes.⠀

 

4. Remove pie from oven and allow to cool and set before serving.⠀

 

5. Serve with whipping cream or ice-cream and enjoy!
