Jerk Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp Cool Runnings Jerk Seasoning

 

Directions

  1. Preheat a grill pan on medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp and olive oil. 

  3. Add Cool Runnings Jerk Seasoning and gently mix, making sure all the shrimp is well coated.

  4. Grill for 3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turns pink.

  5. Enjoy!
