Spicy Hot Chocolate

As fall settles in, we are looking for drinks that make us feel comfortable and warm. And what better than hot chocolate with a twist? Try this recipe and let us know what you think!

Prep time: 2 minutes
Active time: 6 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp British Class Turbinado Sugar

  • 1 tsp Cool Runnings Vanilla Extract

  • ¼ tsp Cool Runnings Cayenne Pepper

  • ½ tsp Cool Runnings Ground Cinnamon


Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, place all ingredients and stir them together.

  2. Continue stirring often and bring it to a simmer.

  3. Place in two mugs and enjoy!


Tip
If you follow a dairy-free diet, you can make this recipe with the plant-based milk of your choice.
