Yield: 12 large or 24 small bars
2 cups British Class Quick Rolled Oats
1 cup mixed nuts, lightly roasted
½ cup raisins
⅓ cup British Class Coconut Oil, melted
⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp Cool Runnings Dark Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Place the mixture on a 9x13-inch pan lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool, remove from pan and cut into 12 or 24 bars.
Use the parchment paper to help you remove the granola bars from the baking pan. That way you can take it in one piece, making it easier to cut.
