3 cups short grain pasta, cooked
1 cup Cool Runnings Blackened Cajun Sauce
1 can of tuna
¼ cup green onion, sliced
2 carrots, grated
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
In a medium bowl mix all ingredients until they are uniformly coated by the sauce mixture.
Have some leftover chicken? Cube it and replace the tuna in this recipe.
