Mango Pineapple Ice Cream

What better way to beat the heat than a frozen treat? Made with tropical flavours, this ice cream recipe is delicious and you can make it whether or not you have an ice cream maker.


Prep time: 5 minutes
Inactive time: 20 minutes - 4 hours



  • 1 can (400ml) Cool Runnings Coconut Milk

  • 1 ½ cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen

  • 1 ½ cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen

  • ⅔ cup British Class Golden Brown Sugar

  • Fresh mango, pineapple and unsweetened shredded coconut, for serving, optional



  1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Place content of blender into an ice cream maker and follow the machine's instructions.

  3. If you don't have an ice cream maker, place the mixture into ice cube tray and freeze until solid, about 4 hours. Once frozen, blend the cubes until creamy and smooth.

  4. Serve it with fresh fruit and shredded coconut.
