We know that nuts are a good source of fibre and unsaturated fats, which are good for heart health. So we added some Cool Runnings Jerk Seasoning to make it taste even better. You can serve them as an appetizer or take them along as a snack. It is up to you!

1 cup mixed nuts - we used peanuts, cashews and almonds
2 tbsp British Class Coconut Oil, melted
2 tsp Cool Runnings Jerk Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a small bowl, place the nuts, melted British Class Class Coconut Oil, and Cool Runnings Jerk Seasoning. Mix until the nuts are evenly coated.
Line a tray with parchment paper, place the nuts and bake until nuts are crunchy about 6 minutes.
You can flavour your nuts with your favourite Cool Runnings seasoning. Simply replace the Jerk Seasoning for the flavour you want.
