Spiced Smoothie

The blend of spices with the oats and coconut oil makes this a great smoothie to have in the mornings. It is very filling and will make your breakfast even better. You can try using different spices to make your own version of this delicious smoothie.

Yield: 1 ⅓ cup
Prep time: 5 minutes
Active time: 3 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cool Runnings Coconut Milk

  • 2 tbsp British Class Quick Rolled Oats

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp British Class Coconut Oil

  • 1 tsp Cool Runnings Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp Cool Runnings Ground Cinnamon

  • ½ tsp Cool Runnings Ginger Powder

  • ¼ tsp Cool Runnings Ground Cardamom

  • ¼ tsp Cool Runnings Ground Allspice

  • ¼ tsp Cool Runnings Ground Cloves

 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend in high speed until smooth.

  2. Serve and enjoy!

 

Tip
To make this smoothie even richer and more filling, add ¼ cup of the nut butter of your choice.
