Mango Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are almost a healthier version of ice cream that gets you eating more fruit. How great is that? Delicious and easy to make, this recipe is a great breakfast option. Do you like smoothie bowls? 

 

Yield: 2 ¼ cup
Prep time: 3 minutes
Active time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of frozen mango

  • 1 cup British Class Coconut Milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp British Class Coconut Oil

Topping suggestions

  • British Class Quick Rolled Oats

  • Shredded coconut

  • Blueberries

  • Chia seeds

 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

  2. Place the mixture in a bowl, and decorate with the toppings of your choice.

  3. Enjoy!

 

Tip
Smoothie bowls are smoothies that are a little thicker and can be eaten with a spoon.
