Pineapple Smoothie

This smoothie combines pineapple and coconut flavour and it's so smooth and refreshing, it has a lot of potential to become your new favourite summer drink. Let us know what you think!

 

Yield: 3 cups
Prep time: 5 minutes
Active time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Cool Runnings Coconut Milk

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • ½ frozen banana

  • British Class Golden Sugar, to taste (optional)

 

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve it in individual glasses and enjoy!

 

Tip
The banana works as a sweetener, but it also helps to make the drink thicker and smoother.
