Always running out of time in the morning? No problem! Take five minutes the night before and have breakfast ready when you wake up next morning. Overnight oats can last up to five days in the fridge in an airtight container, but they will become softer.

Yield: 3 cups
1 ⅓ cup British Class Quick Rolled Oats
1 can (400ml) British Class Coconut Milk
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp Cool Runnings Ground Cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
½ cup fruit of your choice (we used chopped pineapple and blueberries)
½ cup granola or nuts, optional
In a small bowl, mix British Class Quick Rolled Oats, British Class Coconut Milk, honey, Cool Runnings Ground Cinnamon, and salt until the mixture becomes uniform.
Place in a large container or three small ones, and place it in the fridge overnight.
When ready to eat, stir oats, add fruit and granola and enjoy!
Add nuts or granola just before serving, so they retain their crunchy texture.
