2 cups British Class Quick Rolled Oats
½ cup raisins
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup currants
2 tbsp honey
1 ½ tbsp British Class Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Cool Runnings Chinese Five Spice
Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a bowl, place British Class Quick Rolled Oats and mix it with British Class Coconut Oil, until the oats are evenly coated.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spread the mixture over a medium baking tray covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Place it in the oven for five minutes. Mix the granola and keep baking until oats are golden brown, about 7 minutes.
