Ready in about 30 minutes and using only two ingredients, this Grilled Chicken recipe fits perfectly into your busy schedule and makes a delicious weeknight dinner.
2 ½ lbs (about 8) chicken thighs, skin on
1 ½ tbsp Cool Runnings All Purpose Seasoning or Cool Runnings Caribbean Spice & Roasted Garlic
Preheat grill to 275°F (medium-low).
Sprinkle Cool Runnings All Purpose Seasoning or Cool Runnings Caribbean Spice & Roasted Garlic Seasoning on both sides of each thigh.
OPTIONAL STEP: For more flavour, place the seasoned thighs on a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and allow the chicken to marinate in the fridge for approximately 2 hours before grilling.
Grill the chicken flipping once until no pink is left in the middle, about 10 minutes each side.
Use the seasoning amount as a general guideline. You can use more or less according to your taste.
