Corn with BBQ Spice

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup salted butter, softened

  • 1 tbsp Cool Runnings Barbecue Spice

  • 4-6 units corn on the cob

 

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix butter and Cool Runnings Barbecue Spice, until well incorporated.

  2. Spread about 2-3 teaspoons of the seasoned butter onto each corn.

  3. Wrap with foil and cook it on your barbecue or in the oven at 350° F until tender, about 25 minutes.
