Yield: 4 servings
2 lb russet potatoes (about 6 medium potatoes), sliced
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp Cool Runnings Garlic, Pepper & Herbs Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place potatoes in a colander and rinse them until water comes clear.
In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and Cool Runnings Garlic, Pepper & Herbs Seasoning.
Line a baking tray with foil or use a silicone baking mat.
Bake it in the oven for about 35 minutes, or until crispy.
You can also make this recipe using sweet potatoes. It tastes just as great!
