Oven-baked Garlic Fries

As with many delicious foods, deep frying is not the healthiest option, so we created this easy oven-baked fries recipe for you. Simple, crispy, and easy to make, this recipe will become a constant in your life.

Yield: 4 servings



  • 2 lb russet potatoes (about 6 medium potatoes), sliced

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Cool Runnings Garlic, Pepper & Herbs Seasoning



  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Place potatoes in a colander and rinse them until water comes clear.

  3. In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and Cool Runnings Garlic, Pepper & Herbs Seasoning.

  4. Line a baking tray with foil or use a silicone baking mat.

  5. Bake it in the oven for about 35 minutes, or until crispy.

  6. Enjoy!


You can also make this recipe using sweet potatoes. It tastes just as great!
