Pasta Salad

Pasta salad is a side dish eaten and enjoyed all over the world. This is no less in the Caribbean. Cool Runnings Pasta Salad will perfectly compliment your barbecued meat, jerk chicken, fried chicken, oxtail, goat curry and much more! 



  • 4 cups pasta (fusilli, macaroni, etc.), cooked 

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

  • 1¼ tsp Cool Runnings All Purpose Seasoning

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional, if you like zesty flavours)

  • ½ cup carrots, grated

  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped 

  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped



  1. Cook pasta as directed on package to al dente and let it cool. 

  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Cool Runnings All Purpose Seasoning, and apple cider vinegar (optional).

  3. Once your pasta is fully cooled, add in mayonnaise mixture, carrots, green onions, and cilantro. Stir until all ingredients are mixed evenly.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until ready to serve. The longer it sits, the better it tastes. This recipe can sit up to 24 hours.

  5. Enjoy it with your favourite food!
