Turkey Gravy

The holidays are here and Cool Runnings has a gravy recipe that will give your taste buds a treat. Try it out!



  • 1 cup turkey drippings

  • 2 tbsp  butter

  • 1 cup chicken broth or water

  • 1 tbsp Cool Runnings Caribbean Spice & Roasted Garlic Seasoning

  • 3-4 tbsp all-purpose Flour

  • 2 tbsp cold water

  • ¼ tsp Cool Runnings Gravy Browning



  1. Combine turkey drippings, butter, chicken broth (or water) and Cool Runnings Caribbean Spice and Roasted Garlic Seasoning in a medium sauce pan over medium heat and bring to a boil.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and cold water together to form a paste. Add the paste slowly to the boiling turkey-broth mixture while continuously whisking until thickened. If you like your gravy thicker, you can make a little more of the flour paste and add it to the gravy.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in Cool Runnings Gravy Browning. Remove from heat when gravy is the consistency you want it to be. 

  4. Enjoy!
